Cancellation Policy

It is safe to say that life is unpredictable. As a result, Marvin Blake Therapies Limited understands that carefully made plans can be disrupted or cancelled at short notice. 

However, with full appreciation of this, we kindly request that patients give at least 24 hours notice in advance of their appointment should they wish to cancel or reschedule. This will provide the potential for another patient to benefit from the appointment time and to enable the smooth running of the clinic.  


Therefore, should appointments be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of their allotted time, the following charges apply: 


100% of appointment fee – (0 – 6hrs) before appointment. 

75% of appointment fee – (7 – 12hrs) before appointment. 

50% of the appointment fee – (12 – 23hrs) before appointment. 


Ad Hoc Appointments

Marvin Blake Therapies Limited understands that some individuals may find it hard to attend an appointment during the normal working hours of the clinic (stated in BOOKINGS). Therefore, Ad Hoc bookings may be made via email (info@marvinblake.com) or text message (07446893045).
